Emergency Service

As a service to our customers, R.W. Fernstrum & Company offers advanced production scheduling when replacement units are needed due to emergency dry dock situations. We create a gap in our current production to place the emergency unit or units first in line for production, drastically reducing the time to manufacture the GRIDCOOLER Keel Cooler(s) for shipment. This service is provided at no extra charge to the customer. In most cases, three-day emergency service is available.
